Frequently Asked Questions

How do I invite the bot to my server?

You can invite Nyra to your server by clicking the "Invite Bot" button located in the navigation bar or on the home page. Make sure you have "Manage Server" permissions in the Discord server you wish to invite the bot to.

What permissions does the bot need?

Nyra requires certain permissions to function correctly, such as "Read Messages", "Send Messages", "Embed Links", and specific moderation permissions like "Kick Members" or "Ban Members" for its moderation features. It's recommended to grant it administrator role if you want to use all features or check the documentation for a full list of required permissions for each module.

The bot isn't responding to commands. What should I do?

First, ensure the bot is online and visible in your server's member list. Check if its role has the necessary "Read Message History" and "Send Messages" permissions in the channel you're using. Also, verify that you are using the correct command prefix, which is typically / for slash commands. If issues persist, check your server's audit logs for any bot-related errors or consult the documentation/support server.

How do I change the bot's prefix?

Nyra primarily uses Discord's native slash commands (/), so a custom prefix is generally not needed. If you are looking for specific customizability, please refer to the documentation under "Utility & Customization" or ask in our support server.

Can I use the bot in multiple servers?

Yes, you can invite Nyra to as many Discord servers as you manage. Each server will have its own independent configuration settings.

Is there a premium version of the bot?

Nyra offers all its powerful features for free! There are no premium tiers or hidden paywalls. We believe in providing a comprehensive bot experience to all users.

How do I set up auto-moderation?

Auto-moderation features can be configured using specific slash commands. For a detailed guide, please visit the "Moderation" section of our Documentation page or join our support server for live assistance.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
